Joseph A. Ross - President, Internet Marketing Strategist

After graduating from a Hollywood, CA music school, Joe Ross began his marketing career in the early 1990's as a young entrepreneur retailing musical instruments and teaching his customers to play. Over time, Joe grew the fledgling enterprise from a $600 investment into a multi-store chain, seeing over 350 students per week and leading the market regionally. During that time, his innovative marketing strategies were featured in every music industry trade publication, as well as being adopted by retailers elsewhere throughout the U.S.

Believing that the Internet presented a unique promotional option, Joe became a relatively early adopter, launching the company's first website in 1995. At the time, the Internet was more a novelty than a viable means to attract a large volume of customers. Still, it seemed obvious that the World Wide Web would spark a revolution. Within a few years, Joe was to become one of the area's leading eCommerce experts, developing search engine strategies before such tactics became widely known as Search Engine Optimization or SEO.

Into the World of Large Scale eCommerce

Having developed profitable internet marketing strategies, largely through trial and error, Joe's skills came to the attention of a major U.S. confections retailer that was transitioning to the web. He joined the company and was soon made vice president of internet strategy.

Urgent Care Practice Development & Medical Marketing

From the early nineties until the launch of iPutty Marketing, Joe fueled the growth of several businesses spanning a range of industries including brick & mortar retail, networking, eCommerce, SEO and medicine.

Having been responsible for the growth of several early stage companies, Joe was appointed to take the lead in developing a diagnostic imaging group responsible for providing radiology services for area hospitals. Later, he did the same with a large upstart urgent care clinic. His experience as an insider in the medical community proved that, although the front-line medical industry full of brilliant and highly skilled individuals, few of these have a solid background in business and fewer still, in marketing.

Joe Ross quickly became a leader in developing urgent care marketing strategies that drive patients.



April Clark

April Clark, a Reno, native, was born and raised in the business. Her father, Allen Dunn, started one of the first agencies in Reno in 1970 and he called it MPR. He grew the agency into the largest agency in Nevada... Today it is called, DRGM. April worked for the agency throughout high school and college. After graduating from UNR she began a career in Radio. She went up the ranks over the years, with thirteen of her sixteen years managing radio stations.

April specializes in advertising media placement and metrics, but also is actively engaged in the creative process for many iPutty Marketing campaigns. Her many years of experience buying media as well as her enormous professional network, result in the greatest possible reach for any promotional campaign, usually at a significant savings for the client.

Consulting Director

Mr. Martinez oversees the sales efforts and productivity for Hospitality Sales and Marketing Partners a division of iPutty Marketing, he holds a bachelors degree in Marketing along with years of field experience.

He's been responsible for creating marketing and advertising promotions for major corporations since the early 90's. He is now very much involved with assisting hotels and restaurants throughout the west coast increase revenue, assets, and bottom line futures through new sales strategies and online branding techniques.

Currently, he is working with both full-service and select-service hotels, including fine dining and family restaurants. His unique approach and results in these endeavors have created a demand within these industries to further expand today's technologies with tomorrow’s opportunities.
